9" overall length, 4-1/2" cutting edge, 3/4" thick. This non-cored compressible rubber trainer allows for high impact contact and is perfect for Hoch Hocheim's reality based training. Replicates many small/ mid sized fixed blades.

These trainers are not meant to be used against hard pells, armor, aluminum trainers, or any rough objects that can damage the compressible rubber.
