We still have $5 shipping on USA orders of 3 small items, all which need to be under 12" in length. You will need to select the rate shown and then we will issue a refund when the order is processed. Unfortunately, we have to process this way now since too many customers were trying to take advantage of using the $5 rate for long items like sticks and swords which must go oversized. We do not add shipping charges into the product price and then pretend to offer "Free" shipping. If we did, you would be drastically overpaying for orders with multiple long items.
Note: Effective 10-25-2022, International shipping (except Canada) has been suspended due to issues at incoming brokerage companies over changes in the system codes. We will resume once this has been resolved. Currently, we are estimating end of 2023 to attempt. As of July 2023, the issue has not been resolved.
To protect you and your credit card, we only ship to your billing address on International orders.
We use either USPS (Postal System) so that we can ship to PO Box's, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/ FPO for our military or UPS for large boxes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your label has been printed.
USA orders over $500 need a shipping quote to make sure we do not overcharge. It will not show a rate at checkout so create your cart order, contact us, and we will generate a shipping code for you. The same is true for Canadian orders over $400 and International orders over $800.
(Temporarily Suspended) International customers ($23 minimum order), we ship to most major countries but certain countries are restricted due to high incidents of fraud. However, you must check your local Customs and Postal regulations. Tracking and clearing a package once it is in your country will need to be done by you to insure proper delivery. Use your local Postal or Carrier tracking to continue monitoring the package once it leaves the USA. We do not charge duties, VAT, or local brokerage fees so you must be prepared to pay when the package arrives.
DHL will not ship training guns. Countries such as Hong Kong or localities that do not use Zip Codes typically use DHL.
Depending on when you order, it may take a few days to ship but most orders ship the next day.
