Legendary GM Bram Frank designed a complete set of Bowies in different lengths. We have the 2 most popular lengths available as trainers. Made from 3/8" polycarbonate with a rubber cord grip and palm swell to soak up impact when training on a hard dummy. Guards are designed for proper trapping with a matching trainer.
